Dr. Yassin Elfaki

- BSc in medical laboratory science (microbiology) - Sudan University of Science and Technology (SUST) 

- Worked at SUST for 5 years as a teaching assistant then as a lecturer after receiving an MSc in medical laboratory science. 

 - Awarded a scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) to do PhD at the Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research (HZI), Braunschweig, Germany. 

- Working as a postdoctoral research fellow at UCL's Institute of Immunity and Transplantation, London, UK.
